I’m the founder of Garden Thinking — a cultural strategy studio.

We partner with organisations who are seeking a more grounded way of tending to leadership, team dynamics, and growth.

We facilitate strategy sessions and off-sites, using the Garden as a container for insight, inspiration, and transformation.

We also design bespoke ‘intellectual ecosystems’ — curated conversations, relationships, and content that help organisations cultivate their own thinking, along with that of their industry.
